    Lost Everything On My Account After Following Feedback


    Hello there! I was wondering if anyone could help me after this issue I have encountered after following the instructions of a microsoft employee. My Minecraft For Windows wouldn't update, so when I went to go look up and check how to see the update when it wouldn't show up, one employee said that if the update didn't show up, to go into apps, find Minecraft For Windows, and click "reset" and restart my PC.
    Upon following the instructions, though, I found out that not only was it NOT fixed, the update still gone and I was still down a version, but I also lost all of my worlds, packs, skins, add ons, maps, and everything I've ever spent time on, or over a hundred dollars on in this game. If there a way to fix ANY of this and get this back? PLEASE HELP!

    Edit: All of my downloadable worlds and add-ons seem to still be here, just not downloaded. I think it's the same for my skin packs, just need to be downloaded, but my worlds that were here are still gone and the update still isn't here for me.

    This seems to be a conflict between a feedback(zendesk?)-microsoft-account using the same email as my "real" microsoft account or something. They do not share the same password, but after following the zendesk instructions, it broke the password for my "real" account. And after fixing that, the feedback one is broken with this behavior again. It also successfully logs out my "real" microsoft account after logging out, despite me not being able to login to zendesk with the password for my "real" account.

    Just a follow up. For me, everything went back to normal (with all experience gained during that time lost), after about 24 hours after I noticed the issue.

    I had one killed and no one would join me because they all said looks like you have someone already even though I looted there dead body. I played another 80 hours and wanted a friend do I killed Lydia and now I can have a new follower. I tried waitin months
    before this action and the person never came back alive or back home

    Only thing I can suggest is waiting a few "in-game" days and checking back at the brotherhood. The initiates there get replaced when they die, you may be able to find her again there.
