Lost ESO Age of Empires 3 Account Data

Hi there,

i bought Age of Empires 3 as an steam installation. And i lost my ESO Account Data. So i don't have my password and i don't have my secret answer to the sercret question. The ESO Account tool is not able to handle that. Seems like it doesn't work properly
because always when i click on the link for the forgotten answer it asks me for my cd key and product id. After i type that in and send out the form i get an email to reset my passwort. But when i follow the url given in the mail, im forwarded to a page where
it asks me for the secret question again -.-. That makes no sense. Is even anyone here who cares about the Age of Empires 3 Accounts and can help me retrieving my password?

Age of empire 3 ESO account problem

Hello.

I contact you cause i have a problem playing Age of empire 3. I used to play Age of empire 3 10 years ago. I had a ESO account and i was playing with friends.

The problem is, i wanted to play again, but i just notified my password of my ESO account changed. Same for my security question, when i tryed to have my password back. And when i try to enter a password, it just says my account is disabled.

So i guess someone hacked it hm.. So i just tried to create another account but i can only create one ESO account for each Age of empire CD key.

So well, i don't really know what to do, and ppl said i can have an answer here !
