Lost email with confirmation code

You can first try to see if your email provider temporarily stores deleted emails in a "recycle bin" for cases such as these. Give that a look and see if your deleted email is sitting in there.

Or, you can try to view your Microsoft order details...

On the top right of this very webpage, you should see your name/gamertag. Click that picture, and go to "Microsoft Account". In that page, you should see "Recent Orders" on the right. Click "See All" on the further right side to get a list of all of your
orders. Go find your pre-order and click "Details" under the price amount. You should find the information you need. If your information is not there, go to "Get Order Help" and try to contact a support representative via "Contact Us".

Log on to the Account section with your email address. Tick that you have lost or forgotten your password. You will receive an email inviting you to choose a new password. You may then get a confirmation email, with a number code, to double check your identity. You should then be able to access your account using your new password. You should then be able to cancel your subscription.

This is ridiculous. I can't log in for.. whatever reason, they want to send me a code. Fine use my email. Nope we need you to have some other place we can send you the code. Fine I'll add a different email. Great! We'll send the code to the new email! Here's
the code! Wait you can't use the code, you need to have your new email confirmed with your old email, you know the one we won't send you the code to because it's not good enough for whatever reason, but it is good enough to confirm a new one! Fine! Confirm

I resent the email confirmation and it still just said reward and order confirmation no code.

they do not resend emails if you did get a code and deleted the email before you could use it then you lost that code sorry.
