    I pre-ordered Battlefield 1 and I seen the message for the free month of EA Access so I decided to save it for later, unfortunately when I went to redeem it, the message was missing. Is there anyway I can get it back? Thanks

    Hey LoneWolf, that's unfortunate. I had my suspicions about the promo, that's why I didn't order when I saw 9.99. I bought EA Access and a Gold Membership separately, but used a Gold code on the promo page. So maybe in September they'll prolong my EA
    Access Membership.

    I’ve signed up for ultimate game pass and it won’t let me play any EA Access games even though it says it’s included. Keeps saying I have to subscribe for 499 a month.

    Unless part of a promo, ea access is not normally part of gamepass ultimate i'm afraid.
