    Unintentionally I deleted my message with 4 digital codes send to me from Xbox live of Gears of War Judgment, and 1,2,3 Please help me to recover them. These codes were never used.

    I got this error code and the same message for strictly digital download games. I literally lost 7 games and a season pass.

    Redeeming lost game code

    I purchased a digital copy of battlefield hardline for Xbox One back in November and have lost the game code to redeem and install it. Is there a way to get the code back

    The only thing I could think of would be to have the person who got you the card to go back to the store they purchased it at and see if they can look up the purchase from the card that was used to purchase the code.

    if you sign up to xbox live via the console it doesnt send you a code, it just adds it onto your account instantly, unless you bought xbox live from a 3rd party website?

    Hi Zo,

    I just wanted to check if you have checked the email address that comes up after the gamertag in the upper left hand corner, you can try to do a password reset on this account to gain access to it via a web browser. If you take a note of the details you
    can log in to the account via a tablet/mobile/laptop to access payment details.

    As Tarnend has advised the subscription will go straight onto the account if it was done via the console itself.
