The main reason I ask is because everyone who's had to start over lost everything and my characters are still there and the items they had equipped even Though those items don't exist.

Try logging out and logging back in. If that doesn't work then try removing your profile and re-downloading it. Let us know. Good Luck!

It didn't change anything all my saves are still gone. I remember that when I last start the game I try to play with someone so I start the game and all my stuff was there and when I connect the player 2 with a guess profil and try to go back to the game
all was gone. Also happy to see that the game hub say that I played more than 5 days 8h 22 min on this game so happy right now!
