Lost device after warranty claim

Dear Admin,

Could you please assist me with this issue.

I have sent my faulty controller using warranty and has received and email saying that it will take between 10 to 12 working days.

However when I clicked on tracking by Quantium, it says that my device has been delivered.

I have checked everywhere around the house and has not spot the parcel anywhere.

Please let me know how we can fix this issue.

We recommend you to contact the Quantium Support, or even better, contact the Xbox Support if you can't find the controller package. In this situations, it is best to get support as quickly as possible.

You have to register the device at device.Microsoft.com and file the warranty claim there
