    Making a question because the call-back service isnt working.

    I used to own Forza Horizon 5 Premium edition. I used to have a save on my account with all DLCS and a big car collection. I also progressed to Level ~96 with hundreds of hours of gameplay. However I recently lost the Microsoft account that was all tied to by hackers. Microsoft were unable to recover the account and have permanently suspended the account since. I really want my DLCs and save data back. I have spent ~£90 on FH5 in total. I can’t just start from scratch. I have not opened the game since before I lost my account (If that helps)

    Thanks for that info. I am afraid it cannot be recovered anymore since your Microsoft is permanently suspended already. You must play the game from scratch. As much as I would love to, there's no other option unfortunately.

    Hi sealson!

    Sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. I am afraid that you won't be able to get your game data because it was tied up to your account. Since Microsoft has suspended your account as what you've mentioned above, that means it's your whole account along with its data.

    You may try to reach out to the game support itself and see if they have different options for you. Though, it's not guaranteed they can get it back for you.
