Lost daily award total for October

On the 30h of October 2014 I achieved the diamond award, however on the 31st October I suddenly had lost all awards and was 'credited' with having played only one game. Has anyone else had this very annoying problem.

Total Score not working in the daily solitaire challenge

As I play the daily solitaire games, my cumulative score resets to zero each day on the daily screen. I see the total when I first boot the game up, and can see it when I hit "awards", but at the end of each game, I only see the total score for that day.

 

Coins are not added for Daily Challenges or Events

After playing a Daily Challenge or an Event game, coins are not being added together and resets back to 0 after each game. I am not earning any awards based on total amount of coins.

We have heard this issue from some other players and we are currently investigating the cause. We hope to have an update to fix this problem as soon as we can.

on Nov. 17 I had the same issue. lost all daily credits. this happened once before, they came back after a day or two. What,s up ith this issue?

 

This has just happened to be today. It is incredibly frustrating. My start ratings are unchanged. I think it's time that this was sorted out !

 

4th December and still not had any awards credited for October - so very disheartening. To spend so much time not only playing the game but also watching the accursed adverts it is soul destroying!
