Many times its not your internet. Other people might have bad connection or they have downloadable content that you don't

Just make sure everything is intact and if the problem keeps up apparently your internet needs upgrading

Currently, there is a Xbox Service Status Alert for Time/Warner RoadRunner customers, if that is your service provider this may be the cause, please post back if
