Lost connection to host/server STATUS Turtle

Is there any help for this kind of error/bug, every time I'm on match there will be sudden appearance of this kind of error/bug..I have suspicious that some of the devs/maintenance team on activision intentionally did this to my account for some reason and through other players too...all of my friends has normal playing and has no issues with this..I cant find a fix I tried to reinstall...i tried to change DNS...i tried to install on other hard drive...I tried to delete activision account on callofduty.com...and one of the most annoying issues is i didnt see any activision that is linked to battlenet they said just link and relinked but I can't really find what account does I linked it seems to be its a dang BUG again...Yeah Call of duty has really tons of different bugs...Even on their website...Nice devs huh...There is 2 questions here, How can I find or get rid of link and relinked account as i cant find where it was?...2nd how can I remove this error/bug lost connection status turtle?...If this was a new type of BAN, then there must be a message that I got temporary ban for several days or 1 month...But I didnt see any words of BAN nor permanent BAN...so this was just an error/BUG...PLEASE GUYS HELP every solution I see has different fixes but I can't do same!....

Hello,

Because TURTLE is not an Xbox error code, we cannot do anything to fix that issue, only the developers can. As far as unlinking your accounts, there is nothing in the Xbox app that dictates the connection:
