    WHY CAN'T SOMEBODY ANSWER ALL THESE QUESTIONS. There are heaps of people who've lost jigsaws immediately following the recent update. WHY ISN'T MICROSOFT DEALING WITH THIS? I've purchased the app and most of the collections and I expect it all to function.
    The sound continues to ignore being turned down to zero and has to be adjusted every time I open - even though it indicates zero on the slider.

    Microsoft - please fix these faults and stop charging people to re-purchase jigsaws. We're all paying for a faulty product with no accountability from Microsoft.

    Thanks Pink Angel, Microsoft have finally responded to the many questions on this subject on their Facebook page. Microsoft added the value of the deleted jigsaws to our points so we have to repurchase the jigsaws once again. I had to trawl through days
    of posted complaints to find this 'hidden' info -

    It should've been told to all players straight after the update was applied. Very poor standards by Microsoft.
