Lost Coins, Tickets and Power Ups Lost due to **** not called on Bingo USA Room on Last Games ...

My last game that I played on Bingo in USA room did not call the **** in time. So I auto daubed. Then after five **** were called, no more **** were called at all.
As a result, I lost 12 tickets, many coins for **** from Power Bingo, and the coins from auto daubed the four bingo cards. Prior to this, I played a game in the USA room. The **** were called but when I paid for the 24 extra coins, none of the 5 extra
**** were called at all. I lost 24 coins there.

My loses from the games that failed were 24 coins for extra **** on previous game. On my last game in USA room I lost 8 coins for Power ****, lost some Power Up points, lost 12 tickets, lost many coins for the auto daubing four Bingo cards. Upon starting
my games my coins were 1248. I did win some games, use some coins and then my last two games caused me to lose maybe 100 coins or more. I lost 12 tickets also.

I believe that this should be rectified in some way. These lost tickets and coins should be returned to me on XBOX. My name is LoveMyShihTzu.

By the way, I paid $1.99 for 200 extra coins and $4.99 for 530 extra coins. If you do not rectify my above loses from the games that failed, then at least please give my credit card a refund, please.

Getting tired of connection issues!!!

All week every time I try to play Bingo I either cannot connect at all, or if I do connect it looses connection during the game (repeatedly). This issue happened before but (was??) resolved. Now it's back. I have lost coins, rewards for power balls/power
bingo(s) as well as wasted coins, power ups, and tickets. Oh and just for fun, tonight during one of the server fails I lost about 300 coins!!

I love the game, but if your team cannot fix this issue I will be uninstalling Bingo. I have better things to do and other games I can play instead of fighting with your server issues.

 

Shady type of theft

i purchased 6 bingo cards in the ITALY room, i also purchased
2 power numbers.

the game began, i saw my 6 cards, then an advertisement closed the game before any numbers were called.

i lost all of my cards and the coin used to purchase power numbers.

i never was refunded either tickets or coin, what up with that?????????
