    I lost all my 'awards' and many puzzles overnight in Jigsaw Puzzles Premium. Some of the puzzles are there, but the ones I had finalized have all disappeared. I read there is a problem with this feature, but after contacted Microsoft I received no response.
    Its years of playing. When I pull up the game on my PC it briefly appears with the correct point (136,090) and within seconds those disappear, along with the puzzles I have finalized. My next Premium membership is not due for some time yet.

    Hey I don't know if you've gotten them back yet but this happened to my mom and I was able to fix it for her by exiting the game, doing ctrl alt delete, click Task Manager. Look under Apps and click Microsoft Jigsaw then go to the bottom and click End Task.
    When we opened it back up all of them were back

    More information: In Daily Challenges, the first puzzle I try to solve does not award me the blue ribbon. I have to solve it a second time or solve one of the other two puzzles. Also, sometimes I am seeing five Daily Challenge puzzles instead of three. It changes to three when I go to a puzzle and return to Daily Challenges. Perhaps this is what's causing the problem I reported.
