    Lost all of my current collections


    A couple of days ago it froze and took forever to load. Once loaded it had removed all but three of my collections (2 of which I had completed) and my points were gone. I uninstalled it and re-installed it and it wouldn't load at all. Tonight/morning I
    re-re-installed it and I have my points but only 2 of my collections, both of which I have completed. I don't want to re-purchase the collections I lost, and what's more I don't want to have to re-do those puzzles I had already completed. How do I get back
    to where I was before? And for the member who wanted to remove completed puzzles, this worked for me:

    Do the following at your own risk (however, it worked for me).

    1) Go to File Explorer for C: drive

    2) Search for "DownloadedPuzzles" (don't type " and it is case sensitive)

    it should be in C:\users\(login)\AppData\Local\Packages but mine are gone

    3) Your list of puzzle collections should be there.

    4) Delete the collections you are finished with.

    Lost gold and puzzles

    I have completed about 20 collections with over 100,000 gold bars. When an update was done to my computer, I lost all my gold and most of the collections went back to the uncompleted collections. How can this be fixed?

    This is the second time this happens! I lost all my gained points as well as collections I purchased. In the few collections which appear I lost all the games I played. What do I do?

    I also lost stats. I lost all my campaign stats and collectable. Had to play the campaign all over again.

    11/3/14 UPDATE JUST WIPED ALL MY DATA!!!

    Mine too! I had 38k gold yesterday and a bunch of downloaded collections. Today I only have 2400 gold and almost all of my downloaded collections are gone!

    WTF Microsoft???? I paid for the premium version and it has lost my collections twice now...
