Lost all my progress in the Recore game, any way to recover the saves?

Hi,

For some reason I lost all my progress in the game Recore Definitive Edition. I closed the game to go to work, when I came back and reopened it, instead of my profile name there was only a '*' in the lower left corner of screen. I closed the game and reopened
it, my profile name showed correctly but, all my progress in game was missing.

Any way to recover it?

If not, how I can refund the purchase? I'm not going to restart from the start, no time to waste to get it all erased again.

Unsaved Progress - Xbox Game Pass

Hey there.

I made some good progress while playing RECORE: DEFINITIVE EDITION, via the Xbox Game Pass, yesterday. However when I opened the game to continue where I left off today, my progress wasn't saved.

Is there a way to resurrect the progress I made, or is it lost forever?

Saves got corrupted and Deleted after a Windows format, how do I restore them?

So I did a clean Windows install on my PC because I had some problems,

after re-downloading Recore and using a Local account instead of a Microsoft account (I was using my Microsoft account on specific apps such as store) I launched the game, I loaded Recore game, signed with my Xbox/Microsoft account and I received the following
message "Your saves have been corrupted and have been deleted"

So I lost all my progress just like that because my saves were in my Microsoft cloud.

Is there any way to get my saves back?

Check that the console is correctly connected to Live and use the regular profile so that it is correctly synchronized with the cloud. If the save datas are not available, try deleting the profile from the console and re-download it again. Once the game
has started, it should sync everything normally.

 

You can also try to clear cache on your console by holding down the power button on your console for about 10 seconds.
