Lost all my operators in Rainbow Six Siege: Advanced Edition

Hi.
I was playing Rainbow Six (Siege) with a code that unlocked 8 Agents (2 year operators) and some skins. I also unlocked other agents, envelopes, etc. until I reached level 30.
I recently migrated my profile to a new XBOX One console ... surprise! I lost all the agents and skins, etc .. !! In the old console and in the new one!
I have claimed Ubisoft and they tell me that these agents do not come in my pack, but I have screenshots in my Xbox profile that prove otherwise.
What I can do? This is exasperating. Now I am level 40, almost without agents, xDDD (except the new ones that I unlocked).

Help Please. = (

Who saved my profile of Rainbow's Game? Xbox or Rainbow Servers??

PS: DLC does not appear or download, I've reinstalled, linked consoles, use code again... nothing!

Hello Angel. Thank you for answering me. I already contacted the Ubisoft support. They asked me for the game invoice but I did not find it yet and I was going to ask for a new invoice from FNac, which is
where I bought the game physically. But finally, I have answered that if the purchase was before February 2019, if they could look at something, but that these agents were not included anyway. What has happened to me is that simply by changing my account to
a new xbox one S, the agents that I had unlocked were lost. I sent screen captures with characters that I had in my profile, such as the agent "Lesion", "Ela", "Dokkaebi", etc., but which I can not currently select because they disappeared. = ( I think in
the end I'll have to unlock them again playing. I hope Ubisoft will take pity on me and review the case. At least I can recover the characters I already had, but I think they will look the other way, because of the response they gave me this morning. I'll

Greetings.

I started my account "" (previously to Jun'18 called "SoppierTable373") in the new xbox one. Then I
installed the game from the CD. Connected to the Internet and synchronized the data of the servers.

It was then when I started the game, I realized that I had lost my characters.

I went to the other console xbox and they also disappeared. I tried to solve the problem using the promotion code for Packs that came with the game, but he indicated that it was already in use (I had
previously activated it in my profile, and it is normal, since I had used it in the first console, using my profile ").

So I dont start a new game or similar action.

You should ask dev team on twitter to see if they can do anything about it.
