Lost all my games and got hacked what now?

Creating a new Microsoft account will not work because you need to recover your Microsoft account, Nicolas. Make sure that it's the correct account.

This may mean that the account is not where the games were purchased. Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then check if you can see the game transactions for the games stated as "completed"?

The gamertag has been changed i think. I dont know what to do no. I lost them because i was hacked so i completely reset my pc and then i had to change a bunch of emails. I have no acces to that x box user anymore i made a new one but, it doesnt have any games on it

If there is no order history for the games it means that these games were not purchased under the account that you're using.
