Lost all characters in elden ring

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with your Elden Ring save.

If I understand correctly, you have two Xbox consoles; the old console you used to play Elden Ring last and a new console, which are using to play right now. Would that be correct?

May I ask if you have already tried clearing the new console's local saved data to see if it retrieves a cloud save for this game? This is normally done automatically, but I'd like to be sure before attempting to use your old console's local save.

If you have already made sure there isn't a cloud save available for this game, please give this a try:

- Turn your old console on.
- Wait a few minutes to make sure your console is connected to the internet.
- Launch Elden Ring.
- If your old console's data is different from the one on the cloud, you should see a prompt asking you to choose which one you'd like to use.
- Choose your console's local save.
- Play the game for a little while and save your progress.
- Highlight the game, press the menu button, and select "Quit"
- Wait 20 - 30 minutes to make sure your cloud-saved data is updated.
- Turn this console off.

Now, turn your new console on.

- Launch the game.
- Once again, you should be prompted to choose between the console's local save and the one on the cloud.
- Select your cloud-saved data.

You can try to retrieve it from the Cloud.

As long as you didn't delete it everywhere, it should be possible to recover it.

Hello! Xbox Ambassador House Baelish here! I can also confirm Elden Ring, Crusader Kings 3 and WWE 2k22 all say they don't allow livestreaming. What is odd is that WWE 2k22 and Elden Ring will still display game footage whereas the newly released Crusader Kings 3 on series x will not allow any feed at all.
