Lost achievements/gamer score

    My account was hacked and when we recovered it everything is now down to zero ( no friends, achievements or gamerscore) can this be fixed or is everything gone for good thanks to this lovely person??? Thanks for any advice/help

    hi. my name is mel and im an independent advisor. ive had a little look online and unfortunately it looks like it cant be recovered however u can contact support to see if there is anything they can do to recover it.

    A couple of days?!? WTF! So if I play Mass Effect 3 and get an achievement will it reset my gamer score too? I've already lost my achievements and avatar awards...

    What does number under profile name mean?

    That is your gamer score. Completing tasks in games will pop achievements that you will see on screen and add to your gamer score

    I've read somewhere that you keep your achievements and gamer score. If not then what's the point of changing the email if you lose all that hard earned gamer score and achievements...

    This just happened to me today as well, so annoyed. Apparently I only have a gamer score of 60g (3 achievements on ff13-2 which I already had) just popped up again. In my game list it shows all the achievements I have for other games, just my gamer score
    isn't adding them up. I've lost all but 3 achievements I had for the game I was playing at the time!

    I hardly ever connect my xbox to the internet and this is why D:
