Lost account without access to Xbox Account

I want to know if somebody can help help with my case... 4 days ago i made a account just for buying v-bucks ln xbox, for a friend's account, because he plays on ps4 and is more expensive buying v-bucks, so i create a account to pay him so today i want
do the exact same thing buts, as me surprise somebody delete my account of xbox to buy v-bucks... I want to log in but i don't remember the email, just the email i don't remember.
