Lost account with no way to cancel subscriptions

I am very sorry that you are presenting this problem, I am really sorry. I want to mention/remind you that this is a Microsoft public forum where we are all players like you who help other users with basic problems, this means that we are not Microsoft employees.

Having said this, the only option to recover an account is through the recovery form since Support cannot help in these types of cases, or perhaps they are not authorized to cancel the subscription, however, the only way to communicate with Support is through the following link.

If that link does not work to communicate with Support, I invite you to contact your bank to block or stop authorizing payments for Xbox, this way the money will no longer be deducted monthly from your account.

Thanks for reaching out to us today. Sorry to hear about any issues you may be having with your Microsoft account. In regards to being locked out of it I would suggest trying to reset your password. Here is a helpful article

To cancel your Xbox subscription immediately, go to

Cancel or turn off recurring billing for a Microsoft subscription and follow the steps under
Cancel.

To stop automatically renewing your subscription, go to

Cancel or turn off recurring billing for a Microsoft subscription and follow the steps under
Turn off recurring billing.

You can transfer subscriptions, so you'll have to
cancel or stop the subscription on your first MS Account, and then start the subscription on the other account.

I'm not sure of the different types of cancellation, such as if they'll stop the subscription immediately and pro-rate the rest of the funds, or if you'll have to wait until the billing cycle runs out and then start on the new account. But there is no way
to transfer the subscription in the same manner that there is no way to merge the accounts.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this situation is causing you. Unfortunately, there's no direct phone number for our support. You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

Note= The customer agents will need to verify the account by sending you a code to your email inbox in order to have visibility on your account and cancel your subscription.
