    Lost Account Recovery


    So I lost my account at the start of this year when I logged on to play to Xbox saying I need to update my information to secure my account, however all the ways to get into my account are impossible now it's on a listed email and phone number. I don't have the credit card info for the account either because it was my mom's old one. I've also tried to see with the fact information but sadly it won't work because I don't have the card info nor does my mother.
