    Hello

    I need to track down an account, the Xbox that the account was set up on was factory reset, the only information available is a gamer tag and billing info for an active Xbox live subscription

    Please could someone assist

    You need to be able to sign in on your account to modify information associated with it.

    This feature is blocked per your Xbox live parental control settings

    Is this an error because you have the wrong account information? You might need to recover a lost account password if the parent forgot it.

    Hey there Guilherme,

    Thank you for reaching out to us on the forums, in regards to a lost account you would need to follow the steps to recovering your account. I understand the frustration of not being able to fully recover the account due to some missing information but it
    is necessary to enter as much correct information as possible for better chances in recovering the account.

    The final step in recovering the account is going through the Account recovery form so you would need to fill this in correctly in order to recover the account.
