    Lost account and Xbox live


    Ive upgraded to a Xbox s series but have lost 1 of 2 accounts that I have. Im guessing that I have had 2 email address in the past but cant think of the other 1. I cant get through to Xbox support, ive tried for 3 days now. Can anyone help please. Thank you.

    So, you pretty much lost your password to your Xbox live account or only your Windows Live ID?

    Hi

    If the profile was only held locally and not a profile created on Xbox Live then this will now probably be lost. If the profile was created on Xbox Live then all you should need to do is re install it on the console.

    If the profile was created on Xbox Live but you cant remember all of the details then hopefully the two links below will help.
