Lost access to Samurai Shodown Season Pass

Thank you for keeping us updated. We understand that you purchased Samurai Showdown Season Pass, but the console is asking your to purchase the content again since it does not recognize that your account owns it. Does the season pass appear in
your game list on our website? We recommend

power cycling the console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. Also, you can try

removing the account from the console and downloading it back. These troubleshooting steps will help your account re-sync it's information from Xbox Live. This includes your game and content licenses. If these steps do not resolve the issue, we recommend
following XBF Erick C's suggestion and contact the
Xbox Support Team.

The ambassadors, MVPs, moderators and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to look into a person's account for information. The Xbox Support Team do have these tools, and they can review the account's content. They will determine the best course
of action once they can confirm the license and transaction for the content are on the account. We will provide steps on how to contact the Xbox Support Team. Be sure to let us know the results!

How to contact the Xbox Support Team:

1. Click the Xbox Support Team link we provided
2. Select Billing & accounts in the category area
3. Select See other options
4. Select Charges on my account
5. Select Show contact options
6. Select Request a call from Support

Same situation here I downloaded the season pass and now it says I have to purchase it again

Yeah that's the thing, I have it installed supposedly but now in the store it says it cost 20$ even though through the link it shows that I own it.
