Lost access to my young sons Minecraft account, no clue of email address or password!

Hi I have recently lost access to my gamertag on minecraft due to changing my password for my emails is there a way of recovering that account ?

Thanks for the quick response, How can I get access to that email he believes it is an outlook email address? But has no clue to the full address or password
