    A while back I received an xbox message that I now had access to the cloud gaming beta and for some reason just went to log in and got this page. I've used it numerous times with no problems. I called phone support and they said it could be an error due to it being a beta and they said to post to support page. HELP! I'm bored at work lol.

    I empathies with the fact that you've lost all your saved games. Till next time,

    use a USB storage device or the cloud to store your saved games    .

    You should be well aware by know that its against the non-disclosure agreement, (NDA) that you do not discuss contents related to the beta program. This must be conducted exclusively in the private forum. If you don't have access to the Beta private forum,
    please read: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/system-updates/xbox-360-beta-faq And what you can do about it.

    What happens in the Xbox 360 Beta Program, stays in the Xbox 360 Beta Program. :)

    Can I choose between Cloud Saves or Local Saves for my games? Can I access these files?

    Hey Paul,

    Thank you for the overview of the cloud saves. Regarding the second question, am I able to access these files myself? I'm assuming not for the cloud saves as the Xbox(Beta) app is still rough around the edges and obscure but how about the local game files?
