    Lost access to account that keeps renewing subscription


    Hello,

    I had made a microsoft account back in December to get my share of fun with the $1 Xbox game pass. I got the game pass and the discord nitro and had fun for about 3 months but over time, I forgot the password to the account. Today however, I got a notification saying that xbox game pass has just been renewed and it charged me $16.23 for it.

    I do not wish to keep the subscription. Is there a way to remove the subscription if you cannot access the account? Could the microsoft team help me cancel the subscription?

    I meant to say we created an email on the Xbox which has since been forgotten. And the Xbox is broken and doesn't have a warranty anymore

    One important thing to know is that your game save data will not be lost when the EA Access subscription ends. The games will also remain downloaded so, if you choose to renew, you won't have to redownload them!

    Do you still have an Xbox live gold subscription?

    To continue to have the license to play the Xbox One games It is required to keep a gold subscription active on the account. And NO sharing a gold subscription with another profile does not work.

    The 360 games are not affected by the gold subscription requirement.

    Once you renew the gold subscription you will gain access back to the licenses for the Xbox One Games with Gold.
