    Lost a redeemable code for fallout 3 because a message expired


    I recieved a message from Xbox Live for pre ordering Fallout 4. I went to download fallout 3 on the 360 today but the message had expired and the code to download Fallout 3 was lost. I am trying to get that code back. Thanks.

    Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”

    Date of purchase: “21/09/2015” i Bought the pre order and lost the code of Fallout 3.

    Issue : The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired.

    I would like to requested a new message with my code, please.

    Usually, Xbox Live messages cannot be retrieved once they have been deleted or expired, and the content will be lost. Remember that they expire after 30 days.

    A member of the Xbox Forums Support team may be able to help you out, and will reply here shortly to help get your code back though (but I can't promise that you'll get a new code/a reminder of your old code).
