I’ve tried to go through I’ve tried to go through my my bank account but it won’t let me it’s renewed itself 3 times already, how can I stop the payments

For cases of LOSS OF ACCESS to the account, the only solution is through the account recovery form which is the following: https://account.live.com/acsr

You must keep in mind that this is the only alternative or solution to recover an account, support cannot help with this type of case because they are not authorized, leaving the form as an option, if you cannot fill out the form for X or Y Reason then unfortunately the account cannot be recovered.

if you deleted the email and it was not a microsoft email like outlook or hotmail then most likely have lost it all, if a microsoft email you have 90 days to log back into it and it will stop the deletion.

The previous gold subscription ended today, and I added a 12 month gold subscription code today as well. I only have one 12 month subscription activated and the tenure should increase to the next level once the previous subscription finished and the next
subscription was successfully activated.
