Lost a Game I Owned

I owned a game (among us) but cannot play it anymore. I had the ability to, but later reset my computer and cannot any longer. It is not in my library, and when I search for the game I am forced to pay for it after I already had. I don't know why I lost the game. Other games I owned, such as Minecraft I still own.

I'm sorry to hear you're not able to see Among Us in your owned games library. Let's try to sort this out

For this, please check if you're able to see the redeemed game in your Microsoft account order history:
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If maybe you're not able to see the game listed there, make sure to change the filter “ordered within” to “all available”, and if you have more than one email address check the order history on each one.

what confuses me that on xbox portal, under my account, i do not see those games listed under mygames.

therefore how problem can be fixed on xbox device?

No, i never had Game Pass or EA Access. Just perma Gold subscription.

how we can fix it checking configuration on device itself? Problem should be solved at account level imho.

Hove you set up the xbox one to share the xbox gold on the console.

I had the same problem with one kn mine and after I shared my xbox gold live subscription it worked again
