Lost £50 game!!!

I bought fallout 4 a while back, in November, I didn't play it much but when I did go back to it recently I discovered it was gone. It was purchased under another account and game shared. The card used to buy the game was cancelled over the Christmas period.
could this have cause Xbox to say that neither accounts own the game? either way I want my money back or my game back MICROSOFT. Any help on the matter would be useful.

Wow, Such bs. I'm so. I cant even download it. It goes up to 5% and stops, I know its not my connection. I just lost $50.. Completely lost $50

 

How meny full XB1 games you have installion on 500GB HDD.

I'm with lost, my hd was full at around 10 or so games , I'm at about 50 on external.

 

Once you buy the game, it wouldn't matter if the card is cancelled/removed from the account/whatever. The purchase would still be attached to the account that originally purchased it. If it's not installed on the console, and it doesn't show up in the "Ready
to Install" area, try checking the store to see if it shows as already purchased and let you download it from there. If not, you'll need to contact support.
