    Lost 300K Gamerscore advised by Microsoft to post here. Appreciate any help.


    Over two weeks ago I woke up to my gamerscore having lost over 300k. I know this “bug” has happened in the past, however it was more widespread and was quick to be fixed last time. This time however I have gotten absolutely no where with support whether it be phone, chat, or twitter. The supervisor that called me today and said they have no way to look into the issue and I HAD to post in these forum’s. I personally don’t believe that, but I figure it’s worth a shot and apologies if this is in fact the wrong place to post and or report this issue. I’m worried with the Series X coming next week, this will be pushed under the rug and just be forgotten. I know for most, this is a non issue. I’m aware achievement hunting is a niche thing and a large portion of people think it’s stupid, ridiculous, pointless what have you and thats ok honestly, but for me it does actually mean quite a bit So i would sincerely appreciate any and all feedback!

    Gamerscore lost, over 300k! PLEASE HELP.

    If they're related to Xbox One games, then it is just the bug. That's happened randomly since the One was released. The only thing you can do is wait for it to fix itself which usually takes a few days.

    I did contact xbox support chat and they advised me they couldn't help me that it was a problem with permission settings on my account. They advised the only way to get it fixed was through posting on here. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Got my gamerscore decreased from 123.000 to 74.000

    my roomate hack my xbox....

    Not much you can do really, the punishment for gamerscore modding is only a gamerscore reset (if it's a first offence) if that's any help. The reset will make any achievements you had prior to the reset unearnable post reset but it could be a lot worse.
    If you are banned I'd advise making your roommate cough up for the new membership.
