    Hi, i deleted my local saves on xbox series x, as it was running slow, when i went to play snowrunner my cloud save wouldnt sync, so i tried again and eventually it asked if i would like to restore to 28/3/2022 or 29/3/2022 so i chose the most recent as this seemed the most sensible to do, It turns out its set all my data back to square one ! i had nearly 400 hrs of gamaplay and 2 million in currency loads of trucks all gone ! So basically i need my 28th march cloud save back with all my progress, You can check my achievements its all there. Who do i contact at xbox, its impossible to talk to a human, I just get sent round and round, The support is awful.

    Well how do i contact anyone ? I cant **** e mail anyone ? the chats a bot, theres basically nothing i can do ? Why cant i raise a ticket like before ? This service is ****.

    Well can i get something in the way of compensation ? A voucher or redeemable code ? This was not my fault and is due to my xbox not being able to sync my normal data properly, I have lost all my trucks, nearly 400 hours gameplay, 2 million plus in game currency ! It wouldn't be so bad if i could get a redeemable code for snowrunner year 2, as at least i would have something to play again, you can check all of my achievements to see everything ive lost. Thank you.

    I'm sorry to know that but once we have chosen a saved data that will immediately override the previous or old saved progress that we had.

    Hi i contacted focus who told me to contact snowrunner devs who told me to contact microsoft, and microsoft you cant get in touch with anyone so its just a waste of time, basically its just give us your money and then **** off.
