lost $200 from Robux!!! microsoft WONT refund

my 5 year old daughter made an unauthorized purchase on my account. of $189 on may 21st 2020 while playing a game called "Robox" she was able to make a in-game purchase of over $189 of "robux (an ingame currency?) and without any email verification I was
charged multiple times within a minute. Obviously these purchases were made by mistake.. I then made a refund request and was denied twice. the guy that emailed stated I do not meet the terms and conditions of the refund policy. (because the in-game currency
has been consumed?) now keep in mind.. this "robox" game was only downloaded on my xbox for a total of 5 hours.. until i realized the money she spent and deleted it.. So as it stands now im at a complete loss, and especially during this pandemic it really
hurts my family. with the reduced work hours and 2 young mouths to feed that $189 could really help with food and such..

I'm hoping whoever reads this email has a heart and could help us out. I really wasn't expecting the denied refund claim, especially from Microsoft and especially during this pandemic..
i had to cancel my game pass and other entertainment expenses i had to try to cover for this loss... i know $189 inst much money but to my family it is, especially when having reduced work hours.

not sure if this means anything... but i have also asked to reach the refund dept supervisor twice, but it's been the same guy responding to my email "Regine M." and he wont forward me to the supervisor.

Hello there you should be able to get a refund as long as it’s not passed 14 days I would recommend you call Microsoft and have them deal with it over the phone you can call them on 03448002400 also to stop this from happening in the future I recommend you
put a passcode on your account you can do this by going on your settings on your Xbox go down to Account Tab and click sign in security & passkey and then click on Create passkey that way if anyone tries to purchase something from your account I will ask for
a passcode first

I did quite a research and turns out its only possible to buy robux for xbox with the microsoft balance. Its because of roblox themselves appearenatley. You cannot use microsoft balance to buy robux from within the roblox game app, but to buy from the
microsoft store. And even THAT is redeemable only on xbox. Sucks a lot but i have an xbox at home so I was able to redeem my robux. I hope you get a refund or something will be done about this.

I just want to clarify, is your daughter's Xbox account is also your Microsoft account?

Note: Microsoft account and Xbox account are one and the same.

If not, I'm afraid it is not possible to transfer any purchased games/addons/in-game currencies from one account to another. You will need to play the Microsoft Xbox account where the Robux was purchased on Roblox in order to use the purchased Robux in-game.

To confirm which Microsoft account the Robux was purchased, sign in on account.microsoft.com > go to payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased Robux.

If you have confirmed that you have purchased Robux on your Microsoft account instead of your Daughter's Microsoft account, I highly recommend you request a refund on your account and repurchase Robux on your daughter's account. You can try to request a refund through this link:
