Lost 100$ in my account. How do I get it back or let support check this ?

I just want to clarify, you have redeemed an Xbox gift card 100$ on your account yet it doesn't show up, is that correct?

If yes, it might be possible that the 100$ gift card was redeemed on a different account. To confirm this, kindly sign in to all of your Microsoft accounts on account.microsoft.com > go to payment and billing > then order history > select the date of range when you redeemed your 100$ gift card.

Also, check the accounts' Order History of your family members or friends who might have been using your Xbox console or Windows PC frequently at your home. It might be possible that gift card was redeemed to one of their accounts.

You may check if the gift card is credited on your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > payment option.

If you're still unable to find the 100$ Microsoft credits, you will have to contact Microsoft Xbox Support for further assistance as they have the tools and resources to properly investigate this case:

I agree with you 100% weapon theory . . . i lost $140 from that crap . . . still waiting to get my account back though

I agree with you 100%, I wish I could get my refund but I lost out on $10 an was able to recover my main account so In the end it seems worth it.
