Loss of progression when migrating

It just seems like it takes a million times longer to migrate to a host than on mw2. Someone will get migrated out and it takes 30 seconds, then the person the migrated to gets migrated out instantly after it loads back up, then again.... Then it starts.
It's ridiculous on this game.

I'm just seeing if I can actually paragraph on chrome now but random: the giving a loss to everyone because someone dashboards is kind of stupid. I realize they get punished now versus before when nothing counted for whoever dashboarded- now they get a lost
but it gives everyone a loss. They should just give the person who dashboards like 100 losses or make it a time limit to where they can come back and play.

Sounds like your account/console got hacked dude. That is the only way that I could see something like that happening to you where you did not cause it yourself by doing stuff that would corrupt the data files for the game saves.

furthermore, i cannot progress normally in Ryse MP now, it took 50,000 XP to go from rank 0 to 1, about the amount I would have expected it to take to get from 139 to 140.

Resetting your Xbox One settings won't affect your game saves, as they're saved in the cloud and can be downloaded at any time
