    Loss of OneGuide Channel Lineup


    Seems a bunch of customers were affected by a problem with OneGuide as a bunch of comments appeared in an older thread today and were then locked... something seems to have happened overnight that has disrupted TV Lineups. We use a Hauppauge digital tuner
    to receive OTA channels through an antenna.

    Upon launch of OneGuide i receive a notice that “We’ve lost your tv lineup, do you want to try to load it again?”

    I’ve done this over and over again, rebooted, hard reset, cleared TV history and tuner settings, and even restored to factory. So far every troubleshooting step has failed.

    Hi Viking,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Currently yes, there is an issue with the TV lineup. Many are being affected. We recommend to just wait and see what happens. Will suspect as this is become more aware, there will be a service alert out for it.

    Thank you for acknowledging there was an issue. The problem did seem to rectify itself within the last hour or so, though I did have to reset all tv settings and restore the lineup again.

    Just knowing that there is a known issue and its being worked on is appreciated. It saves a lot of frustration, wondering if there is an equipment problem on my end, or a connectivity issue. Running tech support for a family of 6 is a pretty thankless job
    sometimes.

    The entire channel lineup is wrong.

    Hey everyone, this same problem just happened to me where my cable provider changed the channel lineup but my xbox was still using the old channel numbers but i found how to fix it. Go to settings ---> tv&oneguide ---> oneguide---> clear oneguide ---> then
    last still in oneguide go to tv lineup and go through that again. That fixed it for me.
