Loss of Gamerscore/Microsoft outage

My Gamerscore is legit but one day it’s correct and the next minute I’ve lost 100,000 or more points. I was told it was due to outage but even while talking with Microsoft agent it changed three times. Is anyone else experiencing this
outage/problem or having similar issues. When I look all my
achievements are there but they say 0%. If you click on the game it shows they are completed. Any help would be appreciated.

Loss of gamerscore

when I logged in to my profile I noticed my gamerscore was at 29269. I had over 80000. It was fine the night before. I called support but they have no clue. Was wondering if anybody else ran into this problem. Thanks

It's something that's been happening a lot lately and just appears to be random. It's just a glitch that will fix itself.

removing your profile (please ensure you remember your account email and password before doing this step),

power cycling your Xbox One console and router/modem and then signing back in.

Did that solve the issue?

Ah, gotcha. As Smwutches mentioned, this is something that can occur but you should never actually lose any Gamerscore or achievements. The system should restore the display of your achievement list and total Gamerscore
