Loss all my progress in Payday 2

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Unfortunately, if the progress was lost due to an error, or deleted it will not be possible to recover it. Anyway, I suggest you try the procedure below.

Go to Settings and select System.

Select Storage.

Select Profiles.

Select the Xbox profile that you want to delete.

Select Delete.

Select Delete Profile Only

This deletes the Xbox profile but leaves saved games and achievements.

- Important: It is extremely important to select the Delete Profile Only option.

- Now add your account again following the procedure in the article below.

No sorry. This would be up to the developers. A few have done this (Destiny, GTAV), but Payday 2 does not have the ability to transfer your progression between console generations.

No, there is no way to recover deleted data.

No, you may not get a refund.



Might I suggest to make back-up saves either via the cloud or a USB drive in the future.

Hey, Krechzy! This thread is pretty old. If you didn't save your progress to the Cloud saved games, then it was likely on the old console and cannot be recovered unless you still have that old hard drive. If you would like to get further support for any
