    Hey again AntarcticFoil15,

    I answered your other forum post and we do try to check the forums on a daily basis, but our team was away over the weekend and the person who was going to "cover for us" seems not to have done such a great job. Sorry for that and for the delay. Please
    let me know if the troubleshooting steps in the other post don't get you back into the game.
