    So on Feb 14th I gave my fiance a 60$ giftcard to pre-order one of his games. He did and of course there was extra which is normally no big deal, but when he checked his account Microsoft took the entire amount from our bank account twice. And then all the money from the gift card. Then the following day after we cancelled the orders my card was charged the same amount we looked through every account in the house and no order history. I ended up having to cancel my credit card. Now my brother went to buy the new dying light and had enough money to cover everything. And they took all his gift card money and charged my father's account the full amount for the game? Like what is this? And also I've tried calling Microsoft and I get the run around of go check the website then oh now call us and never get an actual person. Anyone else having this problem?

    no as in a card that takes money from your checking account. I have no credit cards only a bank issued Visa card that takes anything I buy from my account. so as long as I have $$$ in my bank, I have $$$ on the card ;). but I do not have a card on file
    as I only use the 12m pre pay cards I get via a emailed code from amazon.com.

    What should I do on my next purchase of an gift card should I look at bar code or the expired or start paying you in different like using my bank card or using debit card from my bank account or buy retail games instead.

    Additional note: The source I need to use is my bank account. If I transfer the total from my bank account to just the paypal account, will it take it from that? I cannot have it charging my card.
