Losing level experience points

Didnt i tell you that you have to take the issue up with the developer of the game? I cannot get more clear or coherant than that. MS has NOTHING to do with this problem, and since you posted this in the WRONG board, NO ONE from MS is even going to see this

His levels and exp were taken away from the game developers, MOST LIKELY because he exploited or boosted in game. The Devs of CoD games do this ALL the time. ANd YES, when it comes to playing online games, i question their integrity.

I will also question the judgement of a parent that allows a 12 year old to play a M rated game online. And since i do NOT play CoD or Madden games, these "buffoons" you speak of, i am not a member of.

And i gave you the EXACT information you needed, take it or leave it. And i told you the most likely response you get back from Treyarch, that your son exploited or boosted in game. IT IS FACT! Otherwise, he would still have his levels and exp wouldn't he?

Thanks Scratch, your the only one coherent one so far that isn't accusing my son of doing something he hasn't done, nor does he know how to do it. I take it personal when people target my children without any facts or knowledge. It is COD-Black OPS 2.
He mainly pays against his friends. I did see something on another post in another forum that Microsoft had an issue about peoples points and experience being deleted and it was a software issue they were trying to fix. I will be trying the fix they mentioned
as well. Any information would be helpful.

OP, if you have any information as to what game this was in we can direct you to the forum or information. Not saying your son is cheating but rank resets are the result of doing something in the game you shouldn't be. That doesn't mean he did but it's
the reason it happens. You can seek out information on that developers website or post the game here and we can link you to it. If it was his gamerscore and Xbox Live account we have information to help with that too. Before we can clear anything up and

Support would not be able to tell you if your son had or had not cheated in a call of duty game. You would need to contact Activision for that however I will point out that every game your son has been in on that game has been recorded both on his console
and the server. The publisher can see these videos and use them as the evidence they need to prove the offence. My guess is that your son has cheated. You should tell him to take this as a warning and a lesson in cheaters never prosper. If he is caught again
he risks having his multiplayer privledges removed.
