    Long story short... Had my xbox 1 stop working, decided to wait till black friday to upgrade to the xbox 1s. During the wait however my account was hacked into, had some info changed and some charges forged on my account. Called the Bank and had the card
    shut off, and my money returned.. no problem, **** happens.. but than i got my new xbox system and went to log into my account... according to the service my account no longer exsists, however i can locate the gamer tag and figured id contact 1800-4my-xbox.
    Had no problem setting up and escalation and figured the issue would be fixed... that was on December 2nd.. was told 48-72 hours id get a responce by phone or email... waited a week than called back, was told its still under review and that i should get a
    call shortly.. Figured ok its a big company, prob have lots of these issues.. waited another week and called back, got the same scripted lines again....

    Just called back in today and was put on hold for over 45 mins on the first call till the call was disconnected at just over an hour ( james ).. so i called back and explained to the next rep( CHU ) what had just happened, and she hung up... called back
    a third time and had him do his script, than told him i needed to speak with a supervisior due to the other employees lack of customer service.. he sets the phone down, no hold sound it sits that way for 10 minutes and than disconnects...(Carl) SO I CALL BACK FOR A FOURTH TIME...
    and get read the script and told that i should have been contacted but if the issues was major it could take longer and just to wait it out,...

    How complicated is it to give me access to my xbox account? i have gold membership, and easily over 300-400 in games that are digital copies or money put into add ons for games that i cant access due to the new xbox and the lack of ability to access my account...

    There is no way to make a complaint against these unprofessional call center reps.. and ive been a faithful xbox player since the first system came out... spent 1000s on games, systems and accessories...

    The names of the three call center reps if anyone from microsofts see this and cares enough to figure out why customers are treated so poorly are ( first call_ James _male 4:30pm second call_ Chu _female 5:32pm and third call_ Carl _ male} 5:35pm.
    call times are Mountain time, United states.

    If i can get ANY assistance getting access to my account so i can play my games, one of the only things i get to enjoy I would be personally greatful,

    Xbox One Controller, left stick faulting!!!

    My day one edition and extra controller both exhibit this same issue... Losing faith.... just like Microsoft is losing ground in the sales war...

    So today I got my little brother an Xbox.. he said he wanted to dabble on the online. I said oh you can make a new account and get a month free. Went through the process to discover they have made it compulsory to set up a debit card or paypal to your account
    to redeem this feature. I don't see why I should have to enter such information to access something my brother isn't really going to exploit. This needs to be reverted back to the way it was.

    I'm sorry to hear that you guys haven't got your codes yet but if love GOWUE you might not like GOW4. I have played it for a couple of days and it feels like GOW3 mashed up with GOW Judgment. I don't know if there is dedicated servers but the timing is off.
    As for the graphics I feel like GOWUE still looks better for some reason?
