    Lose my VIP statut but i have 270895 G


    Hello,

    I have a problem, i lose my entire VIP statut but i can't understand why. My gamerscore has 270895G, so i normally have the legendary statut, and i have an xbox live account since 8 years. How can i contact microsoft to correct that problem ?

    Payment/Purshasse problem

    I have bought Midnight Club Los Angeles (Xbox 360 retro comp) on my Xbox One S and on my purshasse history the statut is ''in waitting'' and the game didn't appear on my download list plus I have been charged for this (the transaction appear on my bank history)
    what can I do with this ... ? I'm very deceived :/

    Yes, i can sign in to the EA website... i have the same problem with all account registered in my xbox...

    If i delete all the BC2 file on my xbox i lose the vip maps too? If yes... can i re-dawnoal them or i have to insert another vip code?

    VIP status is based on how much you spend in the marketplace (represented by star levels), not gamerscore. VIP status based on gamerscore ended September 2014. You can see how much you need to spend for each level at

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since your purchases last year (September 2015-December 2016) did not meet any star requirements, you were placed at the default level.

    VIP ranks reset each year. So yes, it's possible to lose levels.

    So is it just me...

    The only simplifcation that I could put on G & G is if the zombies group up or coordinate their attacks = plants lose, if they roam solo plants will hold the starting garden pretty much everytime. If your in a cycle of losing leave the server and join a
    new one or change sides.
