So they did an update and for some reason it gets screwy, every single time.

When i start it up it does the update but fails and goes to a Microsoft page

Says:

So I am trying to figure out:
1) shouldn't this be automatic?
2) why is it asking me to go somewhere and download?
3) Hacker/virus alarms going off.

All my other games play
Star Trek Online
Star Wars Online
Runescape
Fallout 76

and non MMO games play
Fallout 4
Crysis 1,2,3
Cyberpunk 2077
etc etc

Anyone can help?

It opens 9 webpage to the same sight for me.

And i thought as well it does it automatically

It should be automatic and installed as you install/update the game but due to some failure by the game developer, this is happening. Try reinstalling the entire game and if the issue persists I recommend contacting the game developer directly.

The unlock codes are doing the rounds online. Also, liked the Lord of the Rings trailer in the extras menu!
