    had this happen to anyone , I purchased Lord of the Rings extended edition now its unavailable but the 2012 Extended Edition now is so it looks like the want me to rebuy the same movie

    You will just have to try the disc after each BD player update. There is no ability to contact the BD team, and he bug has been submitted, and that is the limit of these forums unfortunately.
