Looks like your credit card is expiring

When will microsoft take care of it... Its literally been posted as an issue for 3+ years. Microsoft is uselses.

There is no chat support options? Or email? Just call?

I will contact them per your link but I will say this again. I have entered a completely separate card. So I did not just re-add the same card, it's another card from another bank and the issue still remains.

I spend 2 hours on the phone with their support. Kept blaming my computer\profile.

I said screw it and imaged my computer. Same issue.ita on their end yet they fail to admit it.

In that way they will give you an update if any case this issue is a bug and already have a fix or a workaround. Any billing concern is best consulted to them.
