Looking to refund Madden 18 G.O.A.T edition

Hey, ive been experiencing technical difficulties with this game (Madden 18 G.O.A.T edition) and a couple other games (Rainbow Six siege and Sea of thieves. Ive been told by a support agent (Nova) that I could likely expect a refund to be honoured for them
due to this.

How do I get Madden 18 G.O.A.T. Super Bowl Content?

I purchased Madden 18 GOAT edition as a digital download, which the description says:

Edition contains Madden NFL 18 Standard Edition plus G.O.A.T. Super Bowl Content:

- Choice of 1 of 5 Elite G.O.A.T. Players (Tom Brady, Jerry Rice, Ray Lewis, Franco Harris, Deion Sanders)

- 7 Squad Packs

- 2500 Contracts

- 1 Fantasy Uniform Pack

The Ultimate Team section shows the content listed above can be purchased for points only, points that cost real world money. How do I activate the edition content, or get credit for the content that is supposed to be included?

I've preordered and paid for Madden 18 goat edition and Destiny 2 standard edition, but I don't have the punches.
